Key Accountabilities

The HR Onboarding Specialist will be accountable for:

  • Onboarding Process Management:
  • Oversee the entire end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Supporting Teams:

  • Coordinate with various teams to manage employee contract management.
  • Provide exceptional support to onboarding inquiries, working closely with the HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Benefits, and Compensation teams as needed.
  • Initiate background checks and manage visa transfers when required.
  • Monitor candidates throughout the pre-hire process and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless first-day onboarding experience.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and requests to support onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record.
  • At least 5 years of professional HR work experience; preferably within financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with patience and confidence to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
