Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our BI & AI Team and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the BI & AI Team and support sales activities.
- Develop and implement ETL and BI Dashboard solutions, AI applications, and support business unit needs.
- Design and develop system documents and BI system architecture, UI design, and data schema documentation.
- Oversee end-to-end data collection, analysis, management, and storage processes and functions.
- Provide training to junior staff in data scientist skills in AI and BI technology.
- Analyze and visualize market data based on company directions.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and concerns.
- Decide on BI & AI solutions based on company direction and goals.
- Expertise in Tableau using D3 chart or Amchart and advanced data analysis experience by RFM, MBA, Predictive modeling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Over 6 years' experience in market & Retail and location tracking data analysis, insights generation, etc.
- Knowledge of Jewellery, logistics, cold chain, and Laundry industry.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Python, Amchart, D3, and R.
- Experience in Hadoop, HBase, Oracle DB, MySQL, and SQL database.
- Good command in Cantonese and English, Mandarin.
- Immediate availability or two-week notice required.
