Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing corporate communications, organizing meetings, and providing company secretarial services.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare annual reports, interim reports, circulars, announcements, and other corporate communications to shareholders.
2. Organize Board and general meetings.
3. Provide full range of company secretarial services.
4. E nsure compliance with statutory requirements and enhance corporate governance measures.
5. Handle ad hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Degree with professional qualification of ICSA.
• At least 3 years' relevant working experience, with at least 1 year at a listed company or banking sector preferred.
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a distinctive advantage.
• Effective interpersonal communication skill.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and attentive to details essential.
