Job Requirements

To succeed as a Regulatory Affairs Consultant, you must have prior experience in compliance, consultancy, or regulatory affairs within financial services.

You should have a strong knowledge of SFC and HKMA regulations, particularly in asset management and fund services.

As a Regulatory Affairs Consultant, you will assist with licensing applications, regulatory submissions, and ongoing compliance obligations. You will also develop and enhance compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks, conduct compliance monitoring, health checks, and regulatory audits.

You will provide training and guidance on financial regulations and regulatory change, working closely with clients to ensure they meet their compliance obligations.

  • Prior experience in compliance, consultancy, or regulatory affairs within financial services
  • Strong knowledge of SFC and HKMA regulations, particularly in asset management and fund services
  • Candidates with consulting experience (e.g. Big 4 or other consulting experience will be advantageous)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship skills
