Job Title: Content and Community Lead

Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is a global quantitative and systematic investment manager, operating in all liquid asset classes across the world. Your Role:

The Content and Community Lead will play a key role in educating and informing our global employees, interns, and candidates about QRT. As the main communications point of contact for our APAC offices, she or he will also support with global content management, leveraging QRT's social media channels and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Management and Development: Develop and implement an integrated content strategy in collaboration with the Global Head of Communications (Europe). Produce and manage relevant, original, and impactful content for QRT's internal communication channels, website, and social media.
  • Social Media Leadership: Manage QRT's external social media presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and WeChat. Monitor additional social media platforms, conducting performance analysis and generating management reports.
  • APAC Main Point of Contact and General Corporate Communications: Serve as the primary internal communications contact in APAC. Ensure consistent messaging and coordination with the wider communications team in Europe.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years or above relevant experience in content management, social media, and community building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (fluency in Cantonese is a plus).
  • Strong time and project management skills, with attention to detail and understanding of complex environments.
  • Proficiency in design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and ability to adapt content for diverse regional audiences.
  • Collaborative, self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
