Job Title: Content and Community Lead

Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is a pioneering quantitative and systematic investment manager, operating globally across all liquid asset classes. We are a technology-driven group that leverages a scientific approach to investing, combining data, research, technology, and trading expertise to drive innovation and excellence.

Your Role at QRT:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content and Community Lead to inform and educate our global employees, interns, and candidates about QRT. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for our APAC offices and support content management globally, leveraging QRT's social media and internal platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Management and Development:
    • Develop and implement an integrated content strategy in collaboration with the Global Head of Communications.
    • Produce and create relevant, original, and impactful content and brand assets for QRT's internal comms channels, website, and social media.
    • Collaborate across departments to find new ideas and develop content in line with the strategy.
  • Social Media Leadership:
    • Oversee and manage LinkedIn and WeChat, ensuring consistency with QRT's culture and strategy.
    • Monitor other social media platforms, conduct tracking, performance analysis, and management reporting.
    • Enhance and maintain the crisis communications playbook and process, co-managing crises that spill-over into social media within the Communications team.
  • APAC Main Point of Contact and General Corporate Communications:
    • Be the primary point of contact for internal communication in Asia.
    • Closely coordinate with the team in Europe to ensure global consistency.
    • Co-work with the team in Europe on driving synergy, new initiatives, and exploring new tools/technology.
    • Participate in defining, building, and maintaining communities inside QRT to engage on philanthropic or corporate events.
    • Support QRT Website projects.
    • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, advertising, and marketing, or relevant subjects.
  • 3 to 7 years or above relevant experience in content management, social media, and community building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (fluency in Cantonese is a plus).
  • Strong time and project management skills, with attention to detail and understanding of complex environments.
  • Fluency in design and content creation tools.
  • Strong interest and awareness of cultural differences, willing to work in a multicultural challenging environment.
  • A start-up attitude, highly collaborative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work independently when required.
