Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fintech Product Designer with 3-6 years of experience who will be instrumental in defining and designing our fiat-to-crypto experiences. As a key member of our product management team, you will transform complex financial workflows into intuitive user experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create seamless experiences for users to move between traditional currency and crypto assets, ensuring effortless transitions and maximum user satisfaction.
  • Develop intuitive flows for multi-currency accounts and global money transfers, taking into account regulatory requirements and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with our UK-based product team to define and refine our fiat product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Design user-friendly interfaces for yield-earning features, providing clear and concise information to customers.
  • Ensure consistent experience across our global fiat on/off ramp solutions, meeting the highest standards of quality and usability.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into clear, approachable user interfaces, empowering customers to make informed decisions.

  • A natural curiosity about how money moves in the digital age, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex systems into understandable user flows and identify areas for improvement.
  • An intuitive understanding of user needs and behaviors, with a focus on creating design solutions that meet their expectations.
  • A deep understanding of financial regulatory requirements and their impact on UX design, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven mastery of end-to-end product design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and maintaining design systems.
  • Strong experience with responsive web design principles and mobile-first approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries.
  • Proficiency in designing data-heavy interfaces and complex financial workflows.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  • Proficiency with user testing tools like UserTesting, Maze, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and analyzing test results.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
