Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead staff to handle payment request review and debt collection functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Assist in the enhancement and automation of internal policies, procedures, and guidelines to improve operational efficiency.
  • Review and optimize the billing, settlement, and accounts receivable (A/R) application process, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of A/R and accounts payable (A/P) balances.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory teams to investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of internal staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Provide analytical support to management, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • University degree or above in Accounting or a related field.
  • Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines independently.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), with fluency in Mandarin being an advantage.
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred.
