This role within our Sales & Marketing team involves executing marketing campaigns and projects across dedicated Asia markets to enhance brand awareness for assigned brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management and product marketing in Supplements or FMCG industries, with a strong background in cross-cultural communications and management.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing full-spectrum marketing plans, budget, and A&M management with Marketing Managers
- Leading marketing projects from campaign planning, implementation, to post-evaluation, including ATL, BTL, POSM
- Maximizing brand awareness to generate sales conversions
- Managing digital and social platforms, measuring, and analyzing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Developing compelling content, not limited to social media posts, website, and marketing collateral that resonates with our target audience
- Conducting market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes for market intelligence
- Liaising with advertising agencies and distributors to monitor processes and prepare marketing materials
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on innovation and routine product management
- Participating in ad-hoc assignments as assigned
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in brand management and product marketing in Supplements or FMCG industries. Experience in digital marketing strategies and planning is preferred. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with a growth mindset to adapt to a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
