The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective team management, sales strategy execution, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing store performance and executing people-related initiatives such as recruitment, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards
  • Developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets, cost savings, and customer service standards
  • Enhancing team selling techniques and sales acumen
  • Optimizing inventory efficiency, accuracy, and shelf life
  • Rostering, assigning duties, and zoning to maximize manpower efficiency
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Implementing customer experience enhancement initiatives
  • Resolving customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction

Requirements include:

  • At least 6 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role; luxury retail experience is preferred
  • Fluency in English and local language, Mandarin a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and sense of responsibility
  • Good leadership skills and ability to encourage teamwork
