Your Role: As a Commercial Operations Officer, you will be responsible for handling all tenancy matters and related enquiries efficiently. You will assist in marketing and leasing activities of upcoming Retail, Dining, and Entertainment (RDE) facilities in the West Kowloon Cultural District.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy Management: Handle all tenancy matters and related enquiries efficiently;
  • Marketing and Leasing: Assist in marketing and leasing activities of upcoming RDE facilities;
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in summarizing, reviewing, and analysing income performance;
  • Leasing Administration: Provide leasing administration support to the team;
  • Project Support: Assist the senior of the team in drafting briefs and preparing documents and materials for leasing and marketing purposes;
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyse market trends and compile various reports;
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Perform ad hoc and special projects as requested.

Requirements:

  • Education: Possess a recognised university degree in real estate, business management, or related disciplines;
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience; previous exposure to the arts and cultural environment, visitor experience, or tourism sector will be an added advantage;
  • Skillset: Be a good team player, self-motivated, very attentive to details, and able to manage multi-tasks in a tight timeline and work under pressure;
  • Language Proficiency: Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
