Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Sales Engineer to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our Service Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, securing qualified sales appointments, and building a network of industry contacts and influencers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore new recurring business opportunities and identify potential sales leads
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure quality of work meets their expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct cold calls and new business development activities to drive sales growth
  • Provide direct support to key customers through commercial zone, regional, territory, and store contacts
  • Ensure proper layout, signage, pricing, and cataloging are in place for retail store level merchandising
  • Inspect battery testing and charging equipment condition and accuracy

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 1-2 years' sales experience preferred
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered for Senior Service Sales Engineer role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building service/engineering related industry
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and selling skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese language skills
