Cultural Development Officer

This role will work closely with Hong Kong's largest charitable foundation to identify key talent and support their team's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating donation applications and overseeing project implementation.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating donation applications and collaborating with external partners.
  • Developing and executing project plans to ensure schedules and budgets are met.
  • Conducting research on social issues to gain valuable insights and support project development.
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including applicants and project team members.
  • Contributing to the creation of reports and documents for various projects.

Candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in community-based projects, preferably in Arts & Culture or social services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with Mandarin as an asset.
