We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining network infrastructures and customer projects, ensuring successful project milestones completion and service rollout.

About the Role

">
  • Design, implement, and maintain STIX, C+ ILC, E-Line, IPVPN Services and related network management systems in Shatin, Kwai Chung, Tseung Kwan O, and Chai Wan Data Centers.
  • Conduct service reviews with outsourced vendors and contractors, reviewing SLA figures committed.
  • Lead the operation team for network infrastructure implementation and customer projects, including project management and provisioning work.
  • Coordinate with Service Manager, HQ/TAC for workarounds, improvement plans, and incident reports.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations activities, such as preparing network diagrams, asset lists, BCP/IT DR plans, security incident response plans, change management procedures, vulnerability management, patch management, access policy, data center facilities preventive maintenance plans, visitor policy, physical access procedures, Operations SOP, training procedures, and log review procedures.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Senior Manager and Technical Director.

Requirements

  • Degree in Telecommunications, IT, or related studies.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Telecommunications or IT.
  • Able to prioritize tasks independently when handling multiple faults and projects simultaneously.
  • Tactful when addressing customer complaints and driving improvement plans.
  • Good oral, written presentation, and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Technical certification of CCNA/JUNOS.
  • Familiarity with transmission equipment, IP and routing, data communication equipment, network management systems, LAN/WAN technologies, and ISO27001 standard.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Cantonese speaking and fluency in English and Chinese (spoken & written).
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary Range

">

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
