What You'll Need

  • A BS/BA degree or comparable experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in workplace management, ideally in a high-growth environment with 50+ people.
  • Experience in setting up new offices is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for people and strong communication skills in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Able to work collaboratively across departments in a complex organization.
  • Structured and organized approach to work.
  • Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability.
  • Professionalism and ability to make a good first impression.
