Primary Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, and execute master agreements ensuring efficiency and accuracy.">
  • Review and compliance—conduct capacity and authority checks, close-out netting, and collateral legal opinion reviews.">
  • Stakeholder collaboration—engage with internal teams (sales, bankers, client offices, legal, risk, and operations) and external clients (corporates and financial institutions).">
  • KPI monitoring—track and meet time and volume targets while ensuring seamless contract execution.">
  • Strategic problem-solving—address client comments swiftly and coordinate early deviation requests.">

Required Expertise and Skills:

">
  • 8+ years of experience negotiating ISDA, CSA (VM/IM), CDEA, GMRA, and GMSLA under UK, Australian, and Japanese law.">
  • In-depth knowledge of netting and collateral rules, capacity and authority checks, and legal opinion reviews.">
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records.">
  • Proven ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and drive results.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—team-oriented and globally connected.">
  • Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading).">
