Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate closely with our business leaders to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Develop Effective Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement robust recruitment plans that meet our business requirements, leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Foster Communication and Collaboration: Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication to support our organizational objectives.
  • Proactively Source Talent: Build strategic talent pipelines for critical positions, conducting executive searches and engaging with passive candidates to attract top talent.
  • Manage Recruitment Projects: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within the recruitment team and drive project implementation, effectively managing change and developing communication plans to support project success.
  • Utilize Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to optimize recruitment strategies, enhancing decision-making and measuring effectiveness.
  • Cultivate External Relationships: Develop and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry partners to expand our talent networks and access diverse candidate pools.
Requirements:
  • Talent Sourcing Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent sourcing and talent acquisition, preferably with recruitment experience in the education industry.
  • Leadership Research Skills: Ability to quickly learn about new markets and conduct thorough and high-quality search processes, including leadership candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Demonstrated ability to drive recruitment results by influencing key stakeholders, both internally and externally, and managing their expectations.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Language Fluency: Fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin is required.
