**Job Description**
We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our Human Resources Department. As Chief Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will play a key role in expanding and maintaining recruitment channels, establishing a high-quality employer brand image, and presenting to management on hiring justification.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertisements, profile screening, and interviews
- Managing onboarding procedures and handling documentation, as well as following up on reference check procedures
- Participating in campus recruitment and other initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in organizing and managing recruitment work in Hong Kong companies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
