We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our Human Resources Department. As Chief Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will play a key role in expanding and maintaining recruitment channels, establishing a high-quality employer brand image, and presenting to management on hiring justification.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  2. Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertisements, profile screening, and interviews
  3. Managing onboarding procedures and handling documentation, as well as following up on reference check procedures
  4. Participating in campus recruitment and other initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in organizing and managing recruitment work in Hong Kong companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
