About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Head of Investment and Portfolio Management. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for managing our investment portfolio and ensuring that our investment strategies align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investment Portfolio Management: Develop and implement investment strategies that meet our business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to our investment portfolio and ensure that we are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of investment professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our Chief Investment Officer, Finance teams, and other business leaders.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development and work with our business leaders to develop and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in investments or front office positions within major financial institutions, insurance companies, or asset managers.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of cross-asset investments, portfolio management, and derivative strategies. Excellent management skills and business acumen to manage and develop investment as a profit center and competitive edge for the business.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration.
