Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As an Operational Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our client's business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with internal departments to organize, implement, and review Business Continuity Plans to ensure seamless operations in the event of disruptions.
  2. Coordinate Business Impact Analysis and review Business Continuity Programs to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and review policies and guidelines on Business Continuity Planning to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Review and update the operational risk framework, including reporting and related policies and procedures.
  5. Prepare statutory and management reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Banking & Finance, or related disciplines.
  2. 4 years of experience in bank-wide operations and/or operational risk management from the banking industry.
  3. BCM qualification or Certification in Business Continuity is preferred.
  4. Sound knowledge in HKMA regulatory requirements.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  6. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
