Wealth and Personal Banking
Hang Seng's Wealth and Personal Banking division offers a full spectrum of wealth products and services to our customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across various channels. We play a distributor role, sourcing investment and insurance products from providers, managing due diligence and onboarding, and designing and implementing client journeys.

We distribute investment funds managed by top-tier fund managers, covering different types of funds, regions, and asset classes. A wide range of structured products linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, and investment funds are offered to investors with varying investment objectives. Additionally, we offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit for regular coupon payments. Our securities services cover exchange-traded equities in local and overseas markets through various trading channels. Margin trading services and investment financing cater to the needs of sophisticated investors.

Senior Manager Insurance Platform and Solutions Role
We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join us as Senior Manager, Insurance Platform and Solutions (Insurance Proposition and Sales Journey).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing, delivering, and managing the insurance proposition and sales journey to meet customer insurance needs.
  • Collaborating with HSIC, external partners, distribution channels, 2LoD, and other stakeholders on sales journey management, processes, and controls to ensure robust risk controls according to regulatory and internal requirements and policies.
  • Managing insurance distribution initiatives such as process streamlining and system enhancements to improve frontline and client experience.
  • Overseeing and monitoring the effectiveness of insurance product distribution training and frontline communications.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A university degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the banking/insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a business or product management role at a senior level.
  • Demonstrated track record in product and sales journey management, implementation, and oversight of policy and governance frameworks, procedures, and practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and inspire and engage people at all levels.
  • Language proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
