Job Title: Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our FundSettle Operations Asset Servicing Team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing assigned tasks related to the full lifecycle of Funds subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers to ensure orders are placed and settled accurately and timely for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are performed timely, completely, and accurately in accordance with defined procedures.
  • Escalate operational issues and delays to the team leader.
  • Contribute to meeting client survey, client loyalty, and KPI targets, with a focus on turnaround time of queries and quality of feedback.
  • Participate in standardization by adhering to SOPs and applying the PSS methodology consistently.
  • Focus on query avoidance by driving internal service level improvements and challenging waste.
Requirements:
  • University degree holder.
  • 1-year solid banking or fund house operations experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and oral), with Mandarin being a definite advantage.
  • Good organization and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail is key.
  • Ability to multitask with high-quality assurance.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive mindset with problem-solving skills.
