Qualifications
  • 10+ years of comprehensive HR management experience, including 3+ years as an HRD or equivalent role.
  • Proven experience in building HR systems from scratch or leading organizational transformation, preferably in asset management, finance, family office, or high-end services.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, compensation design, performance management tools (e.g., OKR/KPI), and talent assessment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with executive recruitment channels and strategies, with a strong network in the financial industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
