About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Project Coordinator to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our Global Markets group, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and document gaps in client documentation and coordinate agreement negotiation with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate project activities across the APAC region and provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Participate in global project meetings and represent the APAC region as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sales, trading, credit, legal, and operations teams.
  • Escalate issues proactively and respond to queries regarding request status or new client onboarding.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dealing with clients and counterparties.
  • ISDA/CSA experience is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Strong teamwork and professional interaction skills.
  • Ability to manage collaborative processes and work across different departments.
  • Experience with project management is a plus.
