Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of critical projects in our Listing Systems team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent project management abilities, and effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute project implementation activities, including business requirement analysis, resource estimation, testing, cutover, and post-launch support.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Participate in project planning, timeline management, change management, issue management, and release planning.
- Act as a contact point for external vendors, monitoring their performance and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in system analysis or relevant roles within well-established financial institutions or client-facing web application projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills under both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Experience with software testing methodologies, including functional and regression testing.
- Familiarity with best practices and documentation, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
