Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Specialist to join our team at Sands China. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, finalizing and issuing leasing contracts, advertising agreements and other agreements for shopping malls.

The Leasing Specialist will work closely with the leasing team to actively follow up retailers to progress matters and handle execution of contract and payment of deposits under the lease agreement.

Liaising with various teams within the Company to ensure proper administration of leasing contracts is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and finalizing leasing contracts, advertising agreements and other agreements.
  • Working with the leasing team to follow up with retailers and handle the execution of contracts.
  • Liaising with various teams to ensure proper administration of leasing contracts.
  • Preparing breach and termination notices and litigation briefs on matters where retailers defaulted.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Law.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Time-line conscious and self-motivated with ability to work under pressure.
