Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Railway Operations Excellence Specialist. The role is responsible for driving excellence in our operations by developing and implementing processes for continuous improvement and innovation.

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Engineering or Science, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in total quality management or engineering management, including at least 2 years at a supervisory level. A strong understanding of railway operations and business improvement techniques is essential, as well as proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement and innovation in railway operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and develop solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure that our operations are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on operational performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
