As a Senior Life Insurance Underwriter Manager at Prudential Hong Kong Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's service pledge is achieved. You will be responsible for underwriting and reviewing proposals, as well as assisting in establishing underwriting guidelines and managing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- To perform risk assessments on case underwriting according to own underwriting authority.
- To provide high-quality underwriting services with effective communication for sales channels.
- To monitor operation performance to ensure compliance with Company rules and regulations.
- To provide coaching to underwriters for staff development.
- To assist manager in relevant projects when required.
- A solid track record in the underwriting field with over 5 years of relevant experience in life insurance underwriting, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Professional qualification in Life Insurance, including FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- University degree in any discipline.
- Good command of English and Cantonese; fluent Putonghua will be an advantage.
- PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
