Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
  • Implement effective sales strategies for intermediary distribution business, driving growth and expansion
  • Manage client relationships, providing exceptional account service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate client events and launch campaigns
  • Contribute to the team's business goals, working closely with regional teams on global and regional accounts

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in fund sales, distribution sales, and business development in asset management or financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
