  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing vessel operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Attend all vessels, including international cruises, to facilitate smooth operations and ensure compliance with pre-arrival and departure formalities.
  • Supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors, consignees/surveyors, and other parties related to vessel/cargo operations, bunkering, crew change, crew medical assistance, and spare parts shipment/delivery.
  • Compile and submit accurate port disbursement accounts to Principals/Owners for reimbursement.

Requirements

">
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Boarding Officer or equivalent shore-based experience in shipping/operation fields.
  • General knowledge of the Hong Kong Shipping Ordinance.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
  • Strong customer service mindset and proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
