We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Operations Specialist to join our team at OSL. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and operating the Operations Console and systems in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs) while committing to predetermined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

We offer custody, omnibus, tokenisation and wealth management services, delivering institutional clients and professional investors access to our comprehensive regulated and licensed digital asset solutions.
Responsibilities
- System Monitoring and Operation: Monitor and operate the Operations Console and other systems or platforms in compliance with SOPs and SLAs.
- Request Management: Manage and execute requests from traders as well as client requests, ensuring operational requests are serviced and receive appropriate approvals to completion, while meeting SLAs.
- Risk Identification and Escalation: Identify risk-related issues and escalate to management, understanding and adhering to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and create reporting entries and fill in runsheets, working variable hours (shift basis) which may be adjusted to accommodate business needs.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties and project responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of operations experience, preferably in operations or relevant fields.
- Technical Skills: Experience operating systems and platforms in compliance with SOPs and SLAs, demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new and emerging technologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and escalate risk-related issues to management, proficiency in both oral and written English required.
