We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Installation and maintenance of IVD equipment
  2. Providing technical support and training to clients
  3. Diagnostics and troubleshooting of technical issues
  4. Maintenance of service records and reports
  5. Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma / Degree in Biomedical / Mechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of field service work in medical related equipment or in vitro diagnostic device
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
