Clinical Sales Specialist

The Clinical Sales Specialist will provide clinical demonstrations and instruction for use of SOLM products in pre-sale, implementation, and post-sale situations in formal educational as well as small-group or individual presentations in patient-care areas throughout a healthcare facility, to gain or increase acceptance of SOLM products and technology.
Responsibilities
- Support existing product portfolio and new product development and launch, directly working with users and customers to clinically position the product range. Provide installation material, related in-service education, and integration to new clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Act in both pre-selling and post-selling phase.
- Providing product support to users either in person, or by written or verbal means. Representing company at various trade shows or educational meetings and complete all necessary reports. Continuously increasing knowledge of new developments within the assigned market as well as SOLM products to perform as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with Marketing to train employees as well as other internal customers on the operation, features, and benefits of safety medical devices and technology. Assisting with the collection and dissemination of information or feedback provided by customers.
- Support quality management system compliance providing clinical input to marketing collaterals, instruction for use, and compliant management – also outside EMEA.
- Work closely with the distributors sales team to ensure their products are known and support for the forecasting process based on local projects.
Qualifications
- University degree in nursing, healthcare, pharmacy, biotechnology or similar. Additional courses or experience in medical field. Fluent English.
- Driving licence. Medical business courses or trainings. Demonstrating effective educational and presentation skills in diverse settings from one-on-one to formal large group situations.
- Experience in working with medical devices. Advanced MS Office skills to develop effective reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Scheduling and performing external trainings. Experience within medical field. Knowledge of quality management principles.
