About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Control Analyst to join our team at Arrow Asia Pac Ltd. in Hong Kong. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external audit engagements, including planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with SOX section 404.
  • Conduct research and analysis on accounting policies and procedures to ensure adherence to US GAAP.
  • Provide support to internal and external audit requests, including data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial and operational risks.
  • Maintain current awareness of SOX compliance rules and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of compliance project activities.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting and/or internal control/audit in multinational corporations.
  • Qualification in Accounting Professional Bodies (e.g. HKIPCA, ACCA, AIPCA).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proactive in problem-solving, detailed-oriented, and collaborative in teamwork.
  • Critical thinking with good project management skills.
  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) is an advantage.
