About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Control Analyst to join our team at Arrow Asia Pac Ltd.

As a key member of our financial governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of internal controls and risk management strategies across the organization.

  1. Manage internal and external audit engagements, including special projects as necessary.
  2. Produce and issue periodic reports on general subject matter and business areas, performing basic analysis for internal and external purposes.
  3. Identify, document, test, and remediate potential risk areas and support the maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 compliance.
  4. Research various accounting policies and procedures, including technical accounting research to ensure compliance with US GAAP.
  5. Support internal and external audit requests with information and documentation.
  6. Participate in cross-functional teams on accounting/finance special projects, requiring an understanding of the business, processes, and collaboration with other Arrow personnel to resolve issues and develop solutions.
  7. Maintain current awareness and documentation of SOX compliance rules and regulations.
  8. Filing of compliance project documentation, adhering to internal retention policies.
  9. Oversee work completed by Compliance Analysts.

Requirements

  1. University Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' public accounting and/or internal control/audit experience in Multinational Corporations.
  3. Qualification in Accounting Professional Bodies (i.e., HKIPCA, ACCA, AIPCA).
  4. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
  5. Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  6. Proactive in problem-solving, detailed-oriented, and collaborative in teamwork.
  7. Critical thinking with good project management skills.
  8. Possess strong knowledge of the organization, business processes, and customers, and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.
  9. Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  10. Good knowledge in ERP systems (i.e., Oracle, SAP) will be an advantage.
  11. Candidates with regional experience are preferred.
  12. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Internal Control Analyst.
