Role Overview
As a Client Onboarding Specialist at Wati, you will be instrumental in facilitating a smooth and enjoyable onboarding experience for our clients. This position is ideal for a driven individual with 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, eager to contribute to our success and assist clients in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging workshops, webinars, and personalized training sessions to educate clients on maximizing the use of our products and services, ensuring they fully grasp the features and capabilities.
- Support clients in configuring and tailoring our solutions to align with their unique needs.
- Identify and resolve any challenges encountered during the onboarding process, escalating issues as necessary to guarantee timely solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay informed about product enhancements and provide relevant guidance to customers.
- Ensure timely responses to onboarding inquiries through WhatsApp chat and email, adhering to established service level agreements.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, customer support, or customer success, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Technical expertise and familiarity with software platforms and systems.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects concurrently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
- Self-driven and proactive, with meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to delivering exceptional results.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
