Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and customer-oriented Junior Leasing Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in managing leasing activities and maintaining high levels of satisfaction among our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate efficient leasing processes for student and worker accommodations, encompassing property viewings, negotiations, and lease agreements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and providing detailed information about available accommodations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure units meet our high standards and are ready for occupancy.
  • Maintain precise records of leasing activities, resident information, and lease documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the property management team to ensure seamless move-ins and move-outs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to optimize occupancy rates and achieve leasing targets.
  • Offer support in planning and executing marketing activities to promote available accommodations.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, and property management software.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is advantageous.
