About the Role

As a Project Sales Engineer, you will report directly to our Sales Director and be responsible for managing key customer relationships and projects. Your primary focus will be on implementing our long-term strategy, collaborating with technical support engineers and factories, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and define their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical support engineers and factories to provide quotations, proposals, and solutions.
  • Coordinate with agents and distributors to achieve business objectives.
  • Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers to drive business growth.
  • Support the company in meeting its business strategy for Hong Kong and Macau.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, project management, or customer interaction in mechanical or building service products.
  • Knowledge of pump and valve business is highly preferred.
  • Experience in industrial product-related engineering, such as mechanical engineering, hydraulic engineering, etc., is highly desired.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese languages.
