Job Description

The Client Lifecycle Intelligence and Digital department at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Client Onboarding Solutions Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize requests and lead prioritization meetings with dedicated representatives from each business line
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility throughout the onboarding process
  • Manage client relationships, provide guidance and support, and facilitate regular meetings for follow-up
  • Lead performance meetings with internal onboarding stakeholders and business teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in AML/KYC due diligence or a related field is preferred
