Job Summary

The Supply Chain Data Analyst will play a critical role in facilitating supply chain data and smart analytics for the strategic supply chain team at Celestica. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and ability to drive productivity through data insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis to generate forecasts and related data from the system.
  • Set up databases related to cost, inventory, supply chain continuity, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the numbers, simplify complex data, and create smart analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCOO) analysis to identify areas for cost savings.
  • Provide continuous improvements through data insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing, procurement, and electronics.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management and ability to deliver results according to schedule.
  • Ability to work closely with multiple supply chain accounts in the Hardware Platform Solutions vertical.
  • Basic experience with SAP and Rapid Response would be an asset.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal customers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work assertively to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent data management and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Team player and positive attitude.
  • Process savvy.
  • Good English communication skills.

Education and Experience

  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain.
  • Fresh graduates can also apply.
