About the Role

The Edge Partnership is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Leader to join our team as Director of Supply Chain Optimization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing world-class strategies for sales, inventory, and distribution planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop regional S&OP processes to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and drive operational excellence
  • Build and sustain a high-performing team by cultivating individual and team strengths, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Drive change management initiatives to accelerate transformation and sustainable impact throughout the supply chain organization
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of supply chain and planning experience, with a proven track record of driving improvement and leading change
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals with diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is a must for this role
