Key Responsibilities

  • To perform operation analysis to define the Go-To-Market strategy for key products and overseas regions, and to establish an in-depth knowledge base of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market share, demographic trends, to support decision-making of senior management.
  • To support sales management, including the sales commission, sales incentive plan, and customer and pipeline management.
  • To support the growth projection and target setting for different overseas business offices, product lines and business lines.
  • To lead and coordinate other projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned.
  • To initiate optimization of relevant systems, processes, business reports and dashboards, to help better market analysis and sales management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecom, Business Administration and Engineering or related disciplines
  • Prefer 5 years+ in telecom industry, internet business, or consulting companies
  • Experience in data and sales analysis, market research and business planning
  • Able to lead and carry out the work independently as a project manager
  • Able to cooperate with teammates
  • Comfortable to coordinate and gain cross-functional support
  • Good at both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered with higher position, and less experience with lower position
