Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Communications Executive will be responsible for:

\
  • \
  • Assisting in planning and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand equity and increase market share.\
  • Analyzing marketing campaign performance metrics and reporting on ROI.\
  • SUPPORTING budget planning and execution of marketing initiatives, event management, and POSM production and management for assigned brands.\
  • Contributing to the development and updating of brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand image and communication in the market.\
  • Conducting market research with research and creative agencies, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and responding effectively to market changes and demands.\
  • Overseeing new product development, including product innovation, packaging design, consumer research, and positioning to align with brand strategies.\
  • Collaborating closely with Channel Marketing and Operations teams on ATL, digital marketing, trade promotion, and retail presence to achieve marketing objectives.\
  • Coordinating with advertising agencies, event organizers, business partners, and vendors to maximize brand exposure through various ATL/BTL/social activities and meet business goals within allocated budgets and timelines.\
  • Managing day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to the team.\
  • Participating in ad-hoc projects as assigned.\
  • Degree holder of marketing, business or related discipline with 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably from FMCG industry.\
  • High initiative, creativity, detail-mindedness with strong sense of ownership of work assigned, well-organized with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.\
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, energetic, proactive, flexible, and a team player.\
  • Good command of English and Chinese.\
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Brand Executive.\
