Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaison with government agencies and stakeholders, preparation of documentation, support to senior management, and handling public enquiries and complaints.

Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with local and mainland government bureaux/departments and other stakeholders to formulate, implement and administer facilitation measures.
- Prepare relevant documentation for the implementation and administration of facilitation measures.
- Support senior management's participation in Mainland and local events/meetings related to facilitation measures.
- Handle applications and provide responses to public enquiries/complaints regarding facilitation measures.
- Conduct desktop researches and assessments on local and international policies, laws, regulations, standards and best practices about cross-boundary data flow.
- Carry out administrative tasks, including preparation of regular/ad hoc updates and statistical reports.

Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or related subjects.
- At least 4 years experience in related job duties.
- Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English, with a good command of written Chinese and English for speeches and promotional materials.
- Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word processing.
- Experience in technical implementation, UAT, operation and maintenance of website is preferred.
- Experience in handling public enquiries/complaints is preferred.
- Experience in organising and managing briefings, seminars, promotional and publicity activities is preferred.
