Main Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing chargeback cases in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to Card Association rules and regulations.
  • Review daily chargeback documents and ensure proper fulfillment, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Investigate and analyze cardholder dispute cases, gathering relevant information to inform resolution decisions.
  • Communicate with merchants and internal departments to resolve disputes within the chargeback cycle, minimizing financial losses.
  • Prepare regular reports to meet Card Association requirements, providing valuable insights into dispute trends and patterns.
  • Reconcile chargeback general ledgers and manage merchant-related expenses and income.
  • Support the team in achieving smooth daily operations, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the team lead to undertake assigned roles and tasks, contributing to the team's overall success.

Incumbent Requirements:

  • University graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or secondary education with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of Credit Card Dispute Rules and Regulations is essential.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong self-initiative and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
