Position Overview

The role of the Settlement Manager at China Mobile International Limited involves overseeing financial operations related to billing and debt management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the team responsible for reviewing payment requests and executing debt recovery processes.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and automation of internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Evaluate billing, settlement, and accounts receivable processes, assisting in the reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory teams to facilitate necessary investigations.
  • Support internal training initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Provide analytical support for various management requests as needed.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
  • Must be a qualified accountant.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) is essential; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred.
