Role Overview

This role involves managing Workday HCM client projects across the APAC region. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM implementation and post-production support projects.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables. You will also monitor project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule project activities and assign tasks to team members.

  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Track project progress, identifying and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

  • Document meeting minutes and follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting, HR technology, or IT.

  • Familiarity with Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a significant advantage).

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
