We are a leading Workday Partner Company with headquarters in Singapore and entities in the US and India. Our team specializes in HR/Financial transformation, Employee Journey, HR/Financial IT Implementation, Integrations, and People Analytics.

As a Workday Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with Fortune-500 customers across 160+ countries and gain hands-on experience in deployment processes.

Role Requirements:

  • Expertise in Time Tracking, Absence, Learning, and other complex HCM solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in deployment processes.
  • Strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Workday releases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide effective solutions to clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding and working knowledge of Global HR operations.
  • Demonstrated communication skills in a customer-facing environment.

What We Offer:

  • Active Workday certification is mandatory.
