Compliance and Risk Management

Our Compliance and Risk Management team plays a critical role in ensuring the bank's operations are conducted in a responsible and compliant manner. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for investigating and managing financial crime risks, ensuring that our customers and stakeholders are protected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and manage financial crime risks, including money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management and compliance matters.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the bank's operations are conducted in a responsible and compliant manner.

Requirements

  • University graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in risk and compliance roles, with a focus on financial crime investigation and management.
  • Extensive knowledge of AML regulations and guidance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
