About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Compliance Infrastructure team as a Financial Crime Risk Analyst. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex investigations into cases referred through our escalation process, synthesizing data from various sources to produce comprehensive analysis.
  • Produce detailed reports on financial crime risk and compliance-related issues, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to other analysts on our U.S. Financial Crimes Team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Maintain proficiency in BSA/AML regulations and attend training sessions as assigned by our Compliance Officer.

Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in blockchain-based investigations with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Nuanced understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in financial crime risk management.
  • In-depth knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and their implications for our business.
  • Experience conducting complex investigations involving multiple sources of data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
